Browser compatibility
Magic 360 Flash™ works in all browsers with the Flash plugin. If Flash is unavailable, a single static image shows, so although it can't be rotated, the image is still useful to the user. If you want 360 spin that works without Flash, get Magic 360™ Javascript.

FAQ
Q. How many images do I need?
A. A smooth spin requires 36 images, each photographed +10 degree rotation.
Alternatively, you could use 18 images (photographed at 20 degree rotation). It will download faster but will not feel as smooth. For a stunningly smooth spin, use 72 photos but remember that it will take some time to download that many images on a web page.
Q. Is it expensive to obtain 360° photographs?
A. It costs £30-50 to photograph a typical product in a professional 360 photography studio. Get a quotation from our 360° photography service to shoot your products and provide you with 36 high resolution, perfectly photographed products, ready for use on your site.
You don't have to photograph all your products at once. We recommend trying it on your top 10 products and measure how much increase it has on sales. As sales increase, you can shoot more products in 360°.
Q. Can I photograph the products myself?
A. You can shoot your own product photos. It requires a lot of care and preparation to obtain very good photos, so plan how you intend to do it. Ideally you should create a basic photography studio with a good camera, bright lighting, white sheets and a turntable that measures degrees. To obtain 36 photos, rotate the turntable by 10° for each photo.
After photographing your product, you should edit each image in Photoshop (or equivalent) to optimize the colors, remove any marks, crop and resize each image ready for your website.
