Magic Touch™ for Joomla

Zoom into the image!

Installation

  1. Download the Magic Touch™ module for Joomla 1.5 or Joomla 2.5 / 1.7 / 1.6.
  2. Upload the module to your site and install it.
  3. Enable the module.
  4. Enter your unique ID for Magic Touch™ - either login or sign up to get your ID.
  5. To zoom an image, put a small image to your content (either by using TinyMCE image wizard or using mos_image extension). Then make it link to your large image with a class of MagicTouch e.g.

  1. Download the Magic Touch™ module for Joomla 1.0.
  2. Upload the module to your site and install it.
  3. Enable the module.
  4. Enter your unique ID for Magic Touch™ - either login or sign up.
  5. To zoom an image, put a small image to your content (either by using TinyMCE image wizard or using mos_image extension). Then make it link to your large image with a class of MagicTouch e.g.

The module was created for zooming deep into high resolution images without delays. It works by slicing your large images into lots of tiny images and serving only the images that the user needs to zoom the image. Images are hosted on your website as normal, then Magic Touch™ automatically fetches them the first time someone visits the page, slices them and serves the images from Amazon AWS servers. It is fast, reliable and feels great to use.
