Magic Zoom Plus™ for X-Cart

Install now

  1. Download the X-Cart module for Magic Zoom Plus™.
  2. Unzip the file and upload the magiczoomplus folder to your X-Cart directory.
  3. Go to http://your.site.url/magiczoomplus/ in your browser and follow the instructions.
  4. For X-Cart 4.4.x or above, go to [Admin > Settings > General settings], choose Modules then Detailed Product Images and select "Internal" from the dropdown for "Widget to be used for displaying detailed images in a popup window" (screenshot).
  5. Go to http://your.site.url/admin/magiczoomplus.php and configure Magic Zoom Plus™ as you wish.
  6. Now look at your new zoom effects!
  7. To upgrade, buy Magic Zoom Plus™ and overwrite the file [current skin directory]/magictoolbox/core/magiczoomplus.js with the same file from your licensed version.

Multiple images

Swapping between many images is already a standard feature in Magic Zoom Plus™. But if you have lots of images, the page can look complicated.

Make your thumbnails look slick and organised with Magic Scroll™ for X-Cart. It neatly contains the images adds arrows to slide between them. Example:

  1. Simply activate Magic Scroll™ on the X-Cart options page (screenshot).
  2. To remove the "Please upgrade" text, buy a license and overwrite the /[current skin directory]/magictoolbox/core/magicscroll.js file with that from your licensed version.
