- Download and unzip the Gallery module for Magic Thumb™ (demo version).
- Upload the contents of the folder mod_magiczoom_gallery2 to the modules folder of your Gallery website.
- Login to your Gallery admin area and go to the Plugins page.
- Find the Magic Thumb plugin in the list. Install it and configure it.
- Activate the plugin (if not already activated).
- If you use a Unix machine, you should provide write access (777) for these files:
- main.php
- modules/core/classes/GalleryTemplateAdapter.class
- modules/core/classes/GalleryTheme.class
- chmod 777 main.php modules/core/classes/GalleryTemplateAdapter.class modules/core/classes/GalleryTheme.class
- The demo version of Magic Thumb™ is now installed.
- To upgrade to the full version, either buy Magic Thumb™ or apply for a non-commercial license. Then overwrite the old magicthumb.js file with the one from the full version.
